Why now

From 2026 your EU customers pay a carbon charge on what they import from you. Without your real data, they must use high default values that rise every year (+10 % in 2026, +20 % in 2027, +30 % from 2028). Exporters who provide good data make it easier for buyers to keep ordering.

What you get

  • Free when your buyer invited you.
  • Photograph bills; we read the numbers; you confirm each one.
  • Emissions per tonne for each product your buyer asked about.
  • The EU communication template you can send to any buyer.
  • Help booking a verifier, with site visits grouped by cluster.

Clusters we focus on

  • Ludhiana — fasteners (7318), forgings (7326), hand tools.
  • Rajkot — castings, auto parts.
  • Jamnagar — brass and metal parts; check each product against Annex I.

Verification

As of October 2026, no Indian body is yet EU-accredited for CBAM verification. EU-accredited verifiers travel to India for site visits. CBAMWorks batches visits by cluster to cut cost per installation.
